Privacy

What is collected

• Account: the email address you sign in with, a phone number (optional for a customer, required for a professional before approval), a display name and a preferred language.
• Addresses: street, city, neighbourhood, arrival instructions, and the coordinates your device captured when you asked it to.
• Bookings: the service, party size, times, the price at the time of booking, status and status history, a free-text note if you wrote one, and a record of a no-show or late cancellation.
• Reviews: a rating, your comment if you wrote one, and the moderation record if a review was hidden.
• Professionals: application details, identity-verification status, and portfolio images. Images are re-encoded on the server and EXIF, GPS and camera data are discarded; the original file is never stored.
• Notifications: channel consents, in-app notifications by event code, and delivery metadata. The phone number or email address is not stored on the delivery record.

Who sees your address

Your coordinates and arrival instructions go to exactly one professional — the one who accepted the booking — and only while that booking is accepted or under way. A professional who declined, or who was never chosen, does not see them. The address never appears in a URL, a history entry or a referrer.

What is not collected

• No behavioural analytics: no visitor tracking, no analytics vendor, no browser fingerprinting and no cookie consent banner.
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers, and nothing shared with a third party for advertising.
• No cross-site tracking, and nothing shared with data brokers.
• No continuous or background location. A position is captured only when you press the button.
• No chat and no message content.
• No payment data of any kind. There is no payment processor.
• No identity documents, face images or biometrics. The database has nowhere to put them.

Cookies

Two cookies, both functional: the Supabase sign-in cookie and the language you chose. There are no marketing or measurement cookies.

What you control

You can edit or remove an address, change notification preferences, and delete your account. Deleting an account erases your profile, addresses, preferences and portfolio; booking records, reviews and safety records are kept, because they also concern the other side of a booking.

What is not published yet

Three things are missing from this page. They are missing because they have not been decided, not because they were left out:

• The legal entity that operates Beon and its registration details.
• A retention period for each kind of data. None has been set, so none is stated here.
